SIXPENNY specializes in made-to-order furniture and home furnishings, including but not limited to: Sofas, Sectionals, Chairs, Dining Tables, Beds, Daybeds, Benches, Ottomans, Coffee Tables, and Slipcovers.

  • Craftsmanship: Each piece is crafted to order, reflecting our commitment to quality and detail.
  • Custom & Final Sale Items: Due to their bespoke nature, all Slipcovers and other made-to-order or customized items are considered final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This policy upholds the integrity of these personalized pieces created specifically for you.
  • We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the natural characteristics of materials like wood and fabric.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Processing:

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product description, pricing, or availability.

  • Order Confirmation: Your order receipt is an acknowledgment of your request. A formal order confirmation, indicating our acceptance, will be sent via email.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Pricing and Payment:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

  • You authorize us to charge the total order amount (including shipping and applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement.
  • For international orders, all duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat-rate fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. SIXPENNY is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in original, unused, resalable condition with all tags, documentation, and packaging intact.
  • Process: You must contact us first at [email protected] to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Final Sale Items: As stated in Section 3, Slipcovers and customized items are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of SIXPENNY or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 7. Limitation of Liability
